What is a Stock Sister Circle?

A Stock Sister Circle is an investment Club with like-minded individuals who come together to pool financial resources to invest in stocks. You’ll meet regularly to discuss and decide on companies to build a profitable portfolio.

FAQs

What if I've never invested before? Is this a good program for newbies?

Yes. We have a training program that will help you become a confident investor. When you come on board, there is a training schedule that consists of videos that are short and concise. This makes it really easy to get started. Also, I will be on-hand to coach and provide guidance along the way.

What if I join, but want to leave the program?

We hope that you don’t, but you are able to leave at any time. However, we do ask that you stay in the program for at least 12 months to give the investments an opportunity to grow. If you need to withdraw from your Stock Sister Circle, then there may be a liquidation fee of up to $50. Please contact us with any concerns you may have.

How are stocks selected and how do we vote on stocks?

As a Stock Sister Circle member, you will receive training on stock selection that makes it quick and easy to evaluate a company. Stocks are voted on using the investment trading app and are approved once a quorum is reached. If a quorum is not reached within a 24hr period, the stock order is not submitted to market for purchase.

How much does it cost to join? Is that my first contribution?

There is a one-time enrollment fee of $497 that includes access to all of the platforms, the training modules and the new member welcome gift. Each member will be required to make a minimum monthly contribution of $100 and a monthly fee of $9.99 to maintain the platforms. You are able to contribute more, if you’d like. The first contribution should be made available by Jul. 15th and the first monthly fee of $9.99 will begin on Jul. 15th. The one-time enrollment fee & monthly fee are non-refundable.

How are the Stock Sister Circles formed and do they meet in person?

We have Stock Sister Circles all across the country, with new ones forming every enrollment season. You may be placed in an existing club in your area, if space is available. If a new Stock Sister Circle is formed, then they are assembled by location, time zone and by experience level. All the clubs are set up to meet virtually via videoconferencing, with the option to meet face-to-face. This is designed to accommodate women’s busy lives and give you an opportunity to be a part of a club from the comfort of your home.
